Recently, Co-ordSport had the privilege of taking a behind-the-scenes look at one of our key suppliers: Endless, the renowned Japanese manufacturer of high-performance braking systems. Endless is recognised worldwide for its uncompromising quality and innovative brake technology, ranging from road use to professional motorsport.
During our visit, we were given a comprehensive tour of every department within the factory. The tour began in the showroom, where we were introduced to the complete product range, including the latest developments in motorsport, rallying and high-performance road use.
We then continued to the various production facilities, where brake discs, calipers and brake pads are manufactured. We saw how every component is carefully produced, inspected, tested and refined. It quickly became clear that craftsmanship and precision are at the heart of everything Endless does.
After that, we received an explanation about the compound composition of brake pads – a crucial component of performance. Endless develops its own compounds in-house, and the secrets behind these compounds are an important part of their success formula. For every braking behavior, environment, temperature, circuit type, or type of competition, there is a compound.
We were also allowed to take a look at the development department and testing rooms. Here, brake discs, calipers, and pads are tested to the limit for durability, heat resistance, and braking power. An impressive aspect of Endless's philosophy is that everything is developed and tested in-house. This ensures that the quality of each product is fully controlled and a guarantee can be given to the end user.
Furthermore, we visited the packaging department, where each product is carefully packaged for shipment to customers worldwide – including ours at Co-ordSport. In the warehouse, we saw the enormous stock ready for distribution, which underscores how well Endless is prepared to meet global demand.
As the icing on the cake, we visited the Endless Café, service center, and heritage showroom. Our collaboration with Endless allows us to make these high-quality products available to our customers in Europe and beyond.
