Over time, this can cause grease leaks, CV joint wear, and eventual driveline issues—especially under aggressive track conditions. - Statement from BMW "Extreme racetrack operation leads in case of the G80, G81, G82, G83 & G87 and the associated Competition models to high temperatures at the gaiters of the rear output shafts on the final drive unit side.
