Every DDC unit is constructed using KW's INOX Line technology, with high-quality stainless steel housings that provide long-term corrosion resistance without the risk of coating damage during height adjustment. The composite spring seat, made from a durable polyamide material, eliminates the oxidation issues associated with anodised aluminium alternatives, while the friction-optimised trapezoidal thread ensures smooth, precise lowering adjustment even years after installation. 

Adaptive Damping, Fully in Your Hands

The KW DDC is an electronically controlled coilover suspension designed to give drivers the best of both worlds: the ride quality adjustment of adaptive damping, combined with the stepless height lowering of a traditional coilover. Available in two variants, DDC Plug & Play for vehicles already equipped with electronically controlled factory suspension, and DDC ECU for those without, the system puts full control of the damper setup directly in the cockpit, switchable at the touch of a button between Comfort, Sport, and Sport+ modes.

Seamless Integration, Zero Compromise

The DDC Plug & Play integrates directly with the original on-board electronics of supported vehicles, including VW DCC, Porsche PASM, Audi Magnetic Ride, Mercedes-Benz ABC, and BMW Adaptive Suspension, using the manufacturer's own connectors and retaining the factory driving dynamics controls. For the ECU variant, KW's optional WLAN module extends control to a dedicated smartphone app, compatible with both iOS and Android. With over 6,500 vehicle applications supported, the KW DDC is one of the most versatile adaptive coilover solutions available on the market.
