Cusco Street Zero: Full Height Adjustable Twin-Tube Coilover
The Cusco Street Zero is a full height adjustable coilover system designed for street use, available in Blue (comfort) and Red (sport) variants. Where the base Street model uses a standard spring perch design, the Street Zero features a double tapped full height adjustment system that allows the ride height to be changed freely without altering the shock absorber stroke or spring preload. This means the suspension continues to perform exactly as intended at any ride height setting, whether the car is set to a mild drop or a more aggressive stance. The damper rate is fixed at the factory optimum for street use, individually tuned per vehicle application, with custom spring rates available at no extra cost. Every set exceeds 500 hours of elemental testing standards and is assembled in Japan in ISO 9001 and ASEA certified facilities.
Full height adjustment explained
On a standard coilover, adjusting the ride height changes the spring preload and can affect the available shock stroke, which in turn influences how the suspension behaves. The Street Zero's double tapped full height system separates ride height from these variables entirely. The shock stroke and spring preload remain constant regardless of where the ride height is set, preserving consistent suspension behaviour and avoiding the compromises that come with standard coilover height adjustment.
