GiroDisc Excellence

Rethinking the Brake Rotor

Founded in 2003 in California and now headquartered in Bellingham, Washington, GiroDisc was built around a straightforward observation: the brake rotor had long been the overlooked link in performance braking systems. Traditional one-piece rotors retain heat, add unsprung weight, and limit the potential of even the most capable brake setups. GiroDisc set out to change that, specialising exclusively in two-piece floating rotor technology, designed and manufactured entirely in-house using US-sourced materials.

Engineering That Performs at the Limit

The GiroDisc fully-floating rotor design uses precision tension hardware to eliminate noise on the street while delivering immediate, consistent performance on track. The two-piece construction significantly reduces unsprung weight, improves thermal efficiency, and promotes even heat distribution, minimising brake fade and preventing warping under sustained heavy use. For many drivers, fitting GiroDisc rotors unlocks the full capability of their existing brake system, removing the need for a more complex and costly big brake kit upgrade.

Built with Purpose, Made with Care

Every GiroDisc rotor is designed, engineered, and manufactured on-site at their 17,000 sq. ft. Bellingham facility, which runs on a 75kW solar array and recycles all raw scrap material. First sold in 2004 for the Ferrari 360, the brand has grown steadily through a commitment to quality, customer relationships, and continuous investment in manufacturing, including their own brake dynamometer installed in 2019. For drivers who value precision, longevity, and doing things the right way, GiroDisc is the clear choice.
