Compound: MA52B
Description
MA52B is a semi-metallic endurance brake compound developed to perform more effectively under high-speed circuit conditions and heavy operating loads than earlier MA compounds. It is engineered to deliver increased initial bite and greater overall brake power while still maintaining low pad wear and clear, controllable modulation, giving it a stronger and more assertive braking character without compromising consistency or durability. Compared with MA45B and MA46B, MA52B is positioned as the more aggressive option in terms of bite and stopping power, while still retaining the wear resistance and brake control required for serious endurance use. This makes it particularly well suited to demanding endurance racing conditions where higher energy input, repeated heavy braking, and long-run stability all play a critical role.
