The stock airboxes draw air from behind the front bumper along a long, draggy path, and their cuboid shape creates turbulence where they transition to the circular MAF tubes. Our Venturi housings transition far more efficiently to the MAF tubes to maintain laminar flow, with the filters drawing cold air from a shielded area fed by the integrated foglamp scoops. The dyno graph compares the stock airbox with the Eventuri intake on a standard car with standard map and exhaust, run back to back on the same day with the bonnet closed.
