RSL 1E is a high-performance endurance racing brake compound, ideally suited for front axle use in long-distance GT and touring car applications. Based on a low-metallic, resin-bonded formulation with steel and aramid fibers, it offers exceptional heat resistance and maintains a consistently high friction coefficient across a wide temperature range. Engineered for demanding thermally loaded conditions, RSL 1E delivers excellent friction stability versus temperature, long pad and disc life, and outstanding disc friendliness.

Compared to RSL 1, RSL 1E is further optimized for endurance racing, offering up to 20% longer pad life along with improved modulation and enhanced friction stability at high temperatures.
