Nolathane Bushings

Australia's Number One Bushing Brand

With over 50 years of history, Nolathane has established itself as the leading replacement and performance bushing brand across Australia and New Zealand, with operations now extending to the UK, USA, and Europe. Originally developed to replace brass bushings in hillclimb competition vehicles, the brand has evolved continuously, refining its polyurethane formulations over decades to achieve the ideal balance between performance control and everyday drivability. Today, Nolathane products are trusted by professional mechanics and enthusiastic DIY builders alike, across street cars, 4WDs, utes, and performance builds of every kind.

The Right Durometer for Every Application

Nolathane is manufactured in multiple durometer grades, with each formulation selected specifically for its application, ensuring that street cars receive a compliant, quiet upgrade while performance and off-road vehicles get the load-bearing capability and abrasion resistance their conditions demand. The range covers bushings, control arms, radius arms, panhard rods, trailing arms, and sway bar links, providing a comprehensive chassis solution for a wide variety of vehicles. With high resistance to oil, grease, ozone, and weathering, Nolathane components are engineered to outlast the factory parts they replace, delivering long-term value alongside genuine performance improvement.

Engineering That Outperforms Rubber

Standard rubber suspension bushings require a constant compromise between compliance and control, too soft and alignment geometry shifts under load, too firm and ride quality suffers. Nolathane polyurethane eliminates this compromise. Unlike bonded rubber, Nolathane bushings are mechanically fitted with a lubricated centre pin that allows free pivoting without restriction, maintaining the bush shape under load and delivering sharper, more consistent handling response. The result is improved road holding, reduced suspension geometry change under braking and cornering, longer tyre life, and a suspension system that stays aligned and predictable over time.
