Performance Friction, better known today as PFC, has launched a new product! Specifically for Porsche 911 992 GT3 drivers who demand more from their brakes than the original brake discs can handle. Especially with the factory steel brake discs on the Porsche 992 GT3, it is known that they cannot handle the heavier braking work on the track and hard acceleration on the street. The wear on the original steel brake discs is significantly more than we are used to with the 991 GT3 with steel discs.

PFC, among other things, the manufacturer of the brakes on the 991 GT3 Cup cars for which they supplied both the brake calipers and the brake discs, has applied their experience to the Porsche 911 992. The result is a two-piece PFC steel brake disc in the original size of the PCCBs, 410x34mm. Designed so that the original Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) discs can be removed and these can be installed. However, a different brake pad must be used, as the ceramic brake discs require a specific compound. PFC also makes the brake pads, but of course, we can also offer alternatives from Endless, Pagid, Winmax, and Ferodo.

Originally, the 992 GT3 can be ordered with PCCBs and steel. The steel discs have a different diameter, namely 408x34mm. PFC has developed these new discs so that they fit both PCCB and steel brake vehicles.

PFC’s partnumbers are 410.057.63 en 410.057.64

The Cayman 718 GT4 RS shares the brakes with the 992 GT3. So these discs must also fit this car.

The brake discs can be ordered for home delivery or you can make an appointment for installation in our own workshop.
