Lowered When You Want, Lifted When You Need 

The KW HLS (Hydraulic Lift System) solves the most practical problem of running a lowered car: ground clearance on demand. At the press of a button, the system raises the vehicle by up to 30 millimetres, usable at speeds up to 80 km/h, allowing speed bumps, steep driveways, and car park ramps to be cleared without risk of sill or bumper damage. The HLS is delivered in combination with KW's V2 through V5 coilover range, with springs matched specifically to the lift kit and vehicle application. Two configurations are available: HLS 2, which lifts on the front axle only, and HLS 4, which raises all four corners simultaneously.

The HLS Evolution: Lighter, Cleaner, More Robust 

The revised KW HLS Evolution brings a significantly smaller pump unit that installs in the engine compartment without major modifications, saving 3 to 4 kilograms over the previous system. The solenoid valve has been redesigned for improved resistance to contamination, and the entire unit attaches using a modified version of the original vehicle bracket, minimising installation complexity. Stepless lowering in the baseline position remains fully adjustable at any time after installation.

Every HLS kit ships with a parts certificate covering the specific vehicle lowering options, making homologation and registration straightforward. INOX Line stainless steel struts and the composite polyamide spring seat ensure the same long-term corrosion resistance and height adjustment reliability found across the entire KW range.
