Cusco Sport TN_R: Dual Adjustable Competition Mono-Tube Coilover

The Cusco Sport TN_R represents the pinnacle of the Sport Series coilover range for track and competition use. Taking the Sport R as its foundation, the TN_R introduces Cusco's proprietary Twin Needle valve technology, which enables fully independent control of compression and rebound damping through two separate dials. The result is an extraordinarily precise setup tool for drivers who tune in milliseconds and need their suspension to respond exactly as intended under every load condition. The TN_R is designed exclusively for competition use with track-dedicated tires and makes no concessions for street comfort. Every set is assembled in Japan in ISO 9001 and ASEA certified facilities.

Twin Needle technology explained

Traditional single-adjust dampers control compression and rebound through a shared valve path, meaning any adjustment affects both simultaneously. The Twin Needle system introduces a dedicated rebound-specific valve body fluid path, isolating the two forces entirely. Compression is controlled by a red dial, rebound by a blue dial, both accessible from the same end of the damper with no tools required. With 24 steps in each direction, a total of 576 distinct damper settings are available, enabling fine compensation for braking loads, turn-in response, lateral forces, corner exit traction, and changes in fluid temperature or component wear over time.
