RAYS Offroad Wheels applies the same manufacturing philosophy behind Volk Racing and gramLIGHTS to a category where the demands are fundamentally different, where wheels must handle not just lateral loads and high-speed dynamics, but the sustained impacts, tyre weights, and structural requirements of serious off-road use. The lineup spans both forged and cast construction, with each model designed around a specific vehicle class and use case, from compact 4WD vehicles like the Jimny to full-size 4x4s, Land Cruisers, and commercial vans.
Forged Where It Matters Most
The forged models in the RAYS Offroad range, including the 07X and A-LAP-J series, bring the weight advantages of RAYS' forging process to a segment where unsprung mass has a direct and significant effect on both off-road capability and on-road manners. The 07X was the first 18-inch forged wheel application available for the Jimny and Jimny Sierra, a development that demonstrates the engineering commitment behind the range. Five-hole models are rated to JWL+R Spec 2, while six-hole commercial applications meet JWL and JWL-T standards.
Design with a Signature
Across the lineup, RAYS Offroad Wheels maintains a distinctive visual identity, clean, purposeful spoke designs with bold proportions suited to lifted vehicles and wider tyre setups. Models are available in a range of colourways including Arms Gray, Bronze Almite, and Black, with limited edition releases and optional colours available across select models. Produced in-house in Japan under the ALL RAYS integrated manufacturing system, every wheel in the range carries the same quality standards applied across the entire RAYS portfolio.
