Performance Gain: Stage 2 C63S: 22-30hp, 20-24ft-lb. Stock C63S: 10-12hp, 12-15ft-lb. A stock and a stage 2 C63S were tested with only the airbox changed and the bonnet closed for every run to replicate road conditions, where trapped turbo heat makes a fully sealed system crucial; power climbs linearly after 4800rpm as the stock airboxes become a restriction. Insoric road dyno testing in Germany by CF Dynamics on a stage 1 car recorded gains of 31HP and 39Nm after 5000rpm. Superflow SF-1020 flow testing showed up to 41% more maximum flow than stock, and more than an equivalent open cone intake.
