Akrapovic Evolution Line (Titanium) BMW M5 (G90, G99) 2025 2026

A high-grade lightweight titanium system with a choice of round or hexagonal carbon-fibre and titanium tailpipes (choice mandatory). Complex parts such as the X-connection and specially designed collectors are cast at the in-house titanium foundry.

• No exhaust valves; main tubes of increased diameter
• Acoustic reflectors, a special resonator and the X-connection (mixing gases from both sides of the engine) create a refined, deep, sporty Akrapovič sound in all drive modes
• Additional damping element in the link pipe enhances sound quality and comfort
• Power gains of 8.5 kW (11.5 hp) at 6,150 rpm and torque increases of 15.6 Nm at 2,550 rpm, tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a BMW M5 with a standard stock exhaust
• 41.1% (15.44 kg) lighter than standard stock
• Developed for cars without gasoline particulate filters; simple plug-and-play with no remapping needed

The Tail Pipe Set (Carbon) must be ordered separately as a mandatory part: choose TP-CT/79 or TP-CT/78. Note: Performance tests were made with an OPF vehicle.
