Cusco Sport X, Triple Adjustable Mono-Tube Coilover with Remote Reservoir

The Cusco Sport X is the most technically advanced coilover in the standard Sport Series lineup, combining a proven mono-tube damper architecture with a remote reservoir tank and three fully independent damping adjustment channels. Designed for professionals chasing hundredths of a second, the Sport X offers a level of setup precision that goes well beyond what a single or dual adjust system can provide, making it the natural choice for serious circuit competition, high-grip track work, and drivers who need maximum control over every parameter of their suspension behaviour. Every set is assembled in Japan in ISO 9001 and ASEA certified facilities.

Triple adjustment system explained

The Sport X features three fully independent 24-step adjustment dials controlling high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound separately. Separating high and low speed compression allows the driver to tune independently for sharp kerb strikes and road surface impacts (high speed) versus body roll, dive, and squat under braking and acceleration (low speed), without one adjustment compromising the other. Combined with independent rebound control, this gives a total of over 13,000 possible damper configurations, enabling truly precise compensation for any track surface, spring rate, tire combination, or driving style.

Remote reservoir system explained

The separate reservoir tank increases the total fluid and gas volume of the damper system and thermally isolates it from the main shock body. This means fluid temperature rises more slowly and stays more stable during extended high-load use, directly improving damping consistency and reducing the performance fade that can affect conventional dampers over the course of a race or long track session.
